TED-Talks mal anders: Auf dem Wochenmarkt vor der Markthalle 9 bietet unsere Fahrradküche Bella eine Bühne für Produzent:Innen, und gleichzeitig Experimentierraum für unbekannte Gemüsesorten und neugierige Marktbesucher:Innen.
Dreimal am Tag gibt es einen kurzen Vortrag über Produktionsweisen und Produkte der Landwirt:Innen. Parallel kann dann der Kochlöffel geschwungen werden: Bei kleinen Kochworkshops bereitest du dir deinen eigenen kleinen Mittagssnack zu und kommst mit anderen in den Austausch. In kurzer Zeit hast du etwas neues gelernt, deinen Mittagshunger gestillt und ein Gemüse glücklich gemacht – guter Deal oder?

A different kind of TED Talks: At the weekly market in front of Markthalle 9, our bicycle kitchen Bella offers a stage for producers and at the same time an experimental space for unknown vegetables and curious market visitors.
Three times a day there is a short lecture about the production methods and products of the farmers. At the same time, you can get cooking: In small cooking workshops you prepare your own small lunch snack and get into exchange with others. In a short time, you’ll have learned something new, satisfied your midday hunger and made a vegetable happy – good deal, right?
